Cliff Miller is a 35 year veteran of Bay Area real estate. Prior to joining PDP in 2008, Cliff was Vice President at LNR Property Corp for six years where he was responsible for a portfolio of Northern California development projects including: (1) Hunters Point and Mare Island Military Base Conversions: Cliff was responsible for the commercial redevelopment portion of these two base conversions which totaled in excess of six million square feet and were joint ventures with Lennar Communities, the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency, and City of Vallejo; (2) Bayview Business Park, Harbor Bay, Alameda: A 120,000 s.f. office development comprising two Class A office buildings; (3) Rivermark Shopping Center, Santa Clara: A 130,000 s.f. shopping center development in joint venture with Shea Properties; and (4) 200 and 250 Brannan, S.F.: A SOMA-area mixed-use redevelopment of the former Gallo Salami manufacturing building into 110,000 s.f. of office space and 189 residential condominiums, in joint venture with Lennar Communities.
Prior to this, Cliff was Vice President for City Center Retail Trust, where he was responsible for acquisition and development of urban infill retail properties in major West Coast markets for four years. Prior to this, Cliff was Vice President of Jaymont Properties in San Francisco for five years, where he helped to develop a portfolio including high-rise office buildings located in San Francisco’s Financial District and premier retail properties located on Union Square. Prior to this, Cliff was Director of Leasing for Equitable Real Estate Investment Management for five years where he was responsible for leasing and asset management in their two million square foot office building portfolio in San Francisco’s Financial District.
Cliff received his Bachelors of Arts from Duke University.
